Do you come to me, or do I drop my car off?
Both. Mobile detailing is available at your home or office anywhere in the South Bay, so there's no need to wait around. Prefer to drop off instead? The Essential Detail is $150 at our Sunnyvale shop, versus $175 mobile.
What's included in every detailing package?
Every package includes a full interior and exterior detail finished with a 6-month paint sealant. Premium adds clay bar treatment, steam cleaning, and a drill-brush deep clean for carpets and seats. Signature goes further with heated extraction, heavy steam cleaning, trim restoration, and water spot and pet hair removal.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and your vehicle's condition. Essential typically runs 1.5–2 hours, Premium 2.5–3 hours, and Signature 3–6 hours for heavier correction and extraction work.
What if it's raining or the weather is bad?
We show up rain or shine. Since we're fully self-contained with our own water, power, and equipment, weather doesn't affect the appointment — no need to reschedule.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Booking a day or more in advance comes at no extra charge. Same-day requests are welcome too, with a $50 last-minute fee to accommodate the short notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash App. Card payment support is coming soon.
How long does the paint protection last?
Every detail is sealed with a 6-month sealant. If you want protection measured in years instead of months, our ceramic coating packages offer 3, 7, and 10-year options with paint correction included, matched to what your vehicle needs.
Will ceramic coating hide my scratches?
Coating seals the paint, it won't fill or hide existing scratches on its own. That's why every package starts with a paint analysis and correction — a polish, one-step, or two-step treatment depending on your paint's condition — to remove light swirl marks and surface defects before the coating goes on. For deeper scratches, we'll let you know during the inspection.
How long until I can drive after a ceramic coating?
We recommend waiting 24 hours before driving and avoiding water contact for the first 7 days while the coating fully cures. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect before you pick up your vehicle.
Can I still go through a car wash after coating?
Touchless car washes are generally fine. Automatic brush washes are not recommended, as the bristles introduce swirl marks that degrade the coating over time. Hand washing with a pH-neutral soap is always the best option and keeps the coating performing at its best.
